eBay Motors Phishing UK has been hacked and eBay Inc isn’t doing anything about it. Hackers are targeting personal eBay and PayPal accounts in order to commit fraud on eBay Motors and CEO John Donahoe isn’t doing a damn thing about it. Ecommercebytes won’t report it for fear of retribution by eBay Inc. After all they don’t want to bite the hand that feeds them. Ebayisajoke has already been blocked from commenting on their articles with no explanation or email by Editor Ina Steiner or David Steiner. If they don’t want to report the scams, fraud and deceptions at eBay then we will go ahead and report it along with the help of other critic sites like Shillbusters. Lets imagine for one minute you didn’t know there was an XSS redirect scam being conducted on eBay Motors UK. Lets also assume you know nothing about buying a vehicle and you login to eBay Motors UK for the very first time hoping to find that dream car you always wanted. You now find it for such a great price and all of a sudden eBay tells you that you have to re-login for some reason not knowing that you’re about to be phished and scammed out of your personal information. Not only will your account data be compromised but the hackers and thieves will make off with a nice hefty bank wire deposit from you for the vehicle you’re looking to buy as well. Yes folks this is going on every day at eBay Motors UK. There is absolutely no security at eBay Motors US or eBay Motors UK and moreover eBay Inc is not interested in stripping out or fixing the XSS vulnerability from their sites anytime soon. In my best opinion this makes eBay Inc a party to the fraud. Should an investigation be conducted? My answer would be yes. Should eBay be responsible if anyone loses money, my answer is also yes.
For many years eBay was a trusted market place. The buyers were happy, the sellers were happy, the shareholders were really happy because after all it’s all about making everyone money. Today the online ecommerce marketplace has suffered a great deal at the hands of eBay and PayPal. From eBay’s ridiculous seller policies all the way to PayPal’s unfair money holds on good honest sellers. Will eBay ever be able to regain the traction it once had? I would predict no. While CEO John Donahoe struggles to become an Amazon, I thought it would be fitting to show you today’s market prices of both eBay Inc and Amazon. Ask yourself where would you shop?

Watch as the XSS redirect script placed within the eBay Motors UK listing whisks the viewer off of eBay to a hacked website! Scammers or hackers then upload their eBay API scripts to the hacked domain then go ba6ck over to eBay Motors UK to list an identical vehicle listing in order to fool the viewer into thinking they are still on eBay UK. The viewer now attempts to re-enter their username, and password thus giving it to the scammers or hackers. Now that the user’s account is compromised, the hackers can then start listing fake vehicles on ebay to collect fraudulent wire transfers for deposits on vehicle purchases. Instead of eBay stripping out the code that allows redirects in the auction listings, eBay does nothing.
